Role Description The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashik. The intern will support business growth by identifying prospective clients, assisting in lead generation activities and contributing to outreach campaigns. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry data, preparing client presentations and maintaining records of leads and opportunities. The intern will collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand customer requirements,



follow up with potential clients and help ensure a positive customer experience. The role offers exposure to precision engineering and manufacturing environments, with opportunities to learn about industrial sectors served by the company. Qualifications
• Lead Generation and Market Research capabilities to identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market and business data
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic documentation skills
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering or industrial markets; prior exposure is an advantage
• Ability to work on site in Nashik, collaborate in a team and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field
