Role Description The Payment Processor role at PI Industries Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. The role involves processing vendor and employee payment and other financial payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures. The Payment Processor will reconcile daily payment batches, identify and resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with accounting and finance teams to maintain up-to-date records. This position includes handling customer payment inquiries, providing transparent and professional communication,



and delivering responsive service to internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining documentation, supporting audits, generating routine payment reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of payment processes and systems. Qualifications
• Strong payment operations capabilities, including Payment Processing and familiarity with electronic payment systems. SAP S4 HANA
• Solid Analytical Skills for reconciling transactions, identifying variances, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams, banks, and customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Foundational Accounting knowledge to support accurate posting, reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
• Customer Service orientation, with the ability to manage payment-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data and confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial or ERP systems; experience with payment gateways or banking platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payment processing, accounts receivable, or banking operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and adapt to a quick-paced, process-driven environment.
