Role Description The Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Arena Animation center in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day center operations, including student admissions, scheduling, and coordination between faculty, staff, and learners. The Center Manager manages center performance, ensures delivery of high-quality training, and supports marketing and outreach activities to grow enrollment and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. Typical responsibilities include supervising the administrative team, monitoring course delivery and student satisfaction,



maintaining compliance with organizational standards, and reporting on center performance to senior management. The role also involves resolving operational issues, driving local initiatives to enhance the learner experience, and representing the center in local events and industry interactions. Qualifications
• Ability to manage center operations, including administration, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong people management skills to lead staff, coordinate with faculty, and support students and parents.
• Experience in sales or admissions, with skills in counseling prospective students and converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Proficiency in basic business reporting, monitoring performance metrics, and using office productivity tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge or interest in animation, VFX, gaming, web design, or related media and entertainment fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in education, training centers, or similar service-oriented environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; management or education-related qualifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and maintain versatile work hours as required by center operations.
