Looking for a technically strong Java-background skilled who has experience in building and managing application environments from scratch. The person should have experience with:
• Setting up recent application environments across Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Production and Production.
• Understanding Java application architecture and application dependencies.
• Installing and configuring Java applications, application servers and middleware.
• Setting up configurations, connectivity, databases, services and integrations.
• Coordinating application deployments and environment readiness.
• Troubleshooting environment-related issues and managing infrastructure dependencies.
• Working with development, DevOps, infrastructure, database and middleware teams.
• Managing environment planning, upgrades, releases and stability in a banking or enterprise environment. Key requirement: Someone who has actually built and established environments, not just supported existing environments.
