Role Description The Senior Vice President Operations is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for leading end-to-end operations across HPIPL’s parking infrastructure projects. This role oversees daily operational planning and execution, including resource allocation, process optimization, and coordination between engineering, manufacturing, installation, and service teams. The SVP Operations will manage P&L; for operational units, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership on strategic planning, operational roadmaps,



and scaling processes to support nationwide and international growth. The SVP Operations will also build and mentor cross-functional teams, enhance customer service delivery, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Operations Management and Project Management, with a track record of leading complex, multi-site or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L; Management, including budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring for large operational portfolios.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, operational strategy development, and execution to support business growth and scalability.
• Background in Customer Service and stakeholder management, ensuring high service standards, responsiveness, and long-term client relationships.
• Extensive leadership experience managing senior teams, with the ability to drive accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors; exposure to automation or smart systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with comfort using data and KPIs to improve processes and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with executive leadership and external partners.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
