₹5-6 LPA Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Design Engineer to manage electrical design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in electrical switchgear systems, HT/LT panel design, electrical drawings, and project coordination, along with valuable communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and draft electrical systems including SLDs, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
- Prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD and EPLAN.
- Generate part codes for electrical equipment using EPLAN and ERP systems.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings for HT and LT panels as per applicable IEC/IS standards.
- Select and specify appropriate electrical switchgear components.
- Independently handle electrical design projects from planning and execution through final delivery.
- Prepare BOMs, cable schedules, reports, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with Mechanical,



Procurement, Production, and other internal departments.
- Interact with clients to understand requirements, present designs, and incorporate feedback.
- Attend client calls and meetings regarding drawing comments, revisions, and technical requirements.
- Guide and support Junior Engineers in drawing preparation and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all project-related drawings and documents. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical design engineering.
- Strong knowledge of switchgear systems, electrical distribution, and HT/LT panel design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPLAN, MS Excel, ERP systems, and electrical design calculation tools.
- Good communication, coordination, leadership, and client-handling skills. Preferred Technical Skills Design Software: AutoCAD, EPLAN Panel Design: PMCC, MCC, PCC, LT/HT Panels Switchgear Components: ABB, Siemens, Schneider, L&T; Documentation: BOM, SLD, Cable Schedule, Excel Standards: IEC / IS Standards
