* Only apply Manufacturing Production Planning Background) Reports To: Operations Head Industry: Heavy Industries| Engineering | Manufacturing | (All Required) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planning Executive with a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering to support planning, scheduling, and coordination across Technical department and production department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of engineering projects or manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate resource allocation (manpower, machinery, materials) based on requirements and capacity. Production Efficiency-Sales Plan Vs Production Plan, Adherence of Shift Scheduling & Preventive Maintenance Plan, Capacity Utilization Improvement

- Screw, DC, BFV, CP101, Number of Kaizen implementation Measures the accuracy of production planning in alignment with sales forecasts. Liaise between design, engineering,



and production teams to align timelines with mechanical specifications and design changes. Measures how effectively production meets dispatch schedules based on sales targets. Prepare weekly/monthly reports, delays, and performance metrics. Identify bottlenecks in planning and propose solutions to maintain progress in line with deadlines. Support procurement and inventory planning for mechanical components and assemblies. Suggest process improvements based on engineering knowledge and workflow analysis. Evaluates how efficiently production resources are utilized in relation to maximum capacity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (B.
E. / B.
Tech) 2–5 years of relevant experience in planning in Screw Conveyor, production planning, Manufacturing Industries. Proficiency in planning and scheduling software (e.g., SAP module) Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication processes, and manufacturing workflows Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills Communication Skills
