RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own end-to-end account P&L; governance, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Drive monthly forecasting, budgeting, annual planning, and financial review cycles for assigned accounts.
• Monitor revenue realization, billing accuracy, unbilled positions, and revenue leakage risks.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on revenue, cost, margin, and utilization trends.
• Prepare executive dashboards, financial scorecards, and leadership review presentations.
• Partner with delivery, account, and operations teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Govern cost optimization initiatives, productivity programs, and margin improvement actions.
• Review commercial constructs including rate cards, contracts, SOWs, change requests, and financial implications.
• Manage financial risks, audits, compliance requirements, accruals, reconciliations, and governance controls.
• Support growth opportunities through business case development, pricing analysis, deal reviews, and financial modeling. JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILL SETS:




• Solid expertise in P&L; Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), and financial governance.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and margin management.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in variance analysis, financial modeling, and profitability assessment.
• Solid understanding of billing models, invoicing processes, accruals, and revenue assurance practices.
• Experience in commercial management, contract review, pricing strategy, and rate card governance.
• Strong PMO and business operations skills, including governance reporting, tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and ERP platforms such as SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Finance, Delivery, HR/TAG, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and executive presentation capabilities.
