Undersounds Entertainment (the company behind Pravaas) is looking for a General Manager to run delivery and day-to-day management across the business. You’ll own how projects get executed — teams, partners, timelines, site operations, and quality — including the Pravaas Experience Zone at Navi Mumbai International Airport. What you’ll handle
• Overall project delivery from award to handover: planning, sequencing, resourcing, and sign-off
• Managing the internal team and holding execution partners, contractors, and vendors to scope, schedule, and quality
• Site operations, installations, and fit-outs in live, compliance-heavy environments such as airports and public infrastructure
• Process and operating rhythm: reviews, reporting, escalations, and lessons carried forward
• Coordinating with the Client Manager and Contracts lead so delivery stays aligned with what was promised What we need
• MBA required
• 10+ years in operations or project delivery leadership — real estate or infrastructure background is mandatory (developers, airports, transit, commercial fit-outs, large-format construction or interiors)
• Proven record of running multiple concurrent projects with contractors and external partners
• Working familiarity with permits, statutory approvals, safety, and site compliance
• Hands-on, decisive, and comfortable on site
• Based in Mumbai (BKC office), with travel to sites as required
