The company specializes in producing all grades of Grey Iron and Ductile Iron castings for diverse industrial applications. With 30,000 square feet of foundry floor space and a production capacity of 500 tonnes per month, the facility is equipped for reliable, large-scale output supported by an uninterrupted connected load of 1290 KVA. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AutoCAD Drafter role located in Tiruvallur. The CAD Drafter will create and revise detailed technical and engineering drawings for Grey Iron and Ductile Iron castings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer and internal standards. Responsibilities include interpreting engineering inputs, preparing 2D and 3D CAD models, developing manufacturing and assembly drawings, and maintaining drawing documentation and revisions. The role also involves coordinating with engineering, production,



and quality teams to resolve design issues, support process improvements, and ensure drawings are practical for manufacturing. Qualifications
• Ability to prepare precise Technical Drawing and general Drawing work for manufacturing components.
• Proficiency in Engineering Drawings, including reading, interpreting, and creating detailed views, tolerances, and specifications.
• Experience with Architectural Drawings or layout drawings where applicable to foundry or plant setups.
• Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.
• Understanding of casting processes, materials (Grey Iron and Ductile Iron), and basic manufacturing practices is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams in office.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple drawing tasks and deadlines.
