Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Gurugram. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers, present product offerings, explain features and pricing, and support buyers in making informed purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves preparing basic sales reports, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment,



and ensuring a professional customer experience during and after the sale. The Salesperson is expected to work closely with management to share market feedback and contribute to promotional activities. Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and handle negotiations professionally.
• Basic numerical and analytical skills to understand pricing, discounts, and sales reports.
• Comfort working in a quick-paced on-site environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or wholesale distribution is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in local languages and good command of English is beneficial.
• High level of reliability, integrity, and customer-centric mindset.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an added advantage.
