Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial performance, and compliance with regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing investment performance, guiding key business decisions, supervising senior staff, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves monitoring market trends, assessing risks, and ensuring that the company’s asset management offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs.

• Strong background in asset management, banking, or financial services, with experience in overseeing business operations and investment strategy.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making related to portfolios and market opportunities.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to asset management and banking in India.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder relationship skills, including experience working with senior executives and key clients.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with capacity to represent the organization in external meetings and partnerships.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CFP) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to drive growth in a competitive financial services environment.
