Company Description M/s Star Publicity is a leading Outdoor advertising company with over a decade of experience helping brands connect meaningfully with consumers. The organization manages a diverse portfolio including corporate advertising, bus shelters, unipoles/billboards, and roadway bus advertising, creating campaigns that reach people in their daily lives. Role Description The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling designs for outdoor advertising assets such as billboards, bus shelters, transit ads, social media posts/Reela and corporate branding materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing design ideas, developing layouts, preparing print-ready files, and ensuring brand consistency across all campaigns. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and client servicing teams to understand campaign objectives, adapt designs based on feedback, and meet project deadlines. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to creative brainstorming, maintain an organized asset library, and stay updated on design trends relevant to outdoor advertising. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and handling various Graphics for print and outdoor advertising.
• Candidates should possess skills in Design and Branding to create and maintain strong visual identities for clients.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and arrange type for maximum clarity and impact in outdoor formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or vodeo editing) is required.
• A strong portfolio showcasing outdoor, print, or branding design work is highly beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced setting are important.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent qualified experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly is essential.
