About ACREDACRED is a Bengaluru-based integrated property and built-environment firm working across Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, Development and Interiors. We are a rapid-growing startup. Our Interiors vertical designs and delivers homes end to end, from the first conversation to handover. The RoleWe’re looking for a qualified Interior Designer who can also convert clients. ACRED provides you with qualified leads. You call them, understand their requirements, convince them, close the project and design it. Once the design is approved, our dedicated execution team takes it forward on site, with you staying involved as the design owner. You own the client from first call to design sign-off, with no separate sales team in between. What You’ll DoLead conversion and sales
• Call and follow up on the leads ACRED assigns to you
• Understand each client’s requirements, budget, timeline and taste
• Explain ACRED’s design approach, packages and past work, and convince clients to move forward
• Run site visits and client meetings
• Prepare quotations and BOQs, negotiate and close projects
• Keep your pipeline and follow-ups updated in the CRM
• Collect booking amounts and milestone payments as per our process Design
• Prepare space plans, layouts and furniture arrangements based on the client’s requirements
• Develop concepts, mood boards, and FF&E;, material and finish selections
• Create 3D visualizations and renders so clients can decide faster
• Produce construction drawings: electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, furniture details, elevations and specifications




• Coordinate with architecture and structural teams so interiors integrate with the overall building design
• Handle revisions and get client sign-off at every stage Handover and design support
• Hand over approved designs to the execution team with complete drawings, specifications and a clear brief
• Walk the execution team through the design intent before work begins
• Visit sites regularly to check that work matches the design
• Resolve design queries and approve material or design changes during execution
• Keep the client informed through to handover, and collect testimonials and referrals QualificationsMust have
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
• At least 6 months of hands-on exposure in interior design, through a job or internship. Freshers are welcome, and experienced designers (up to 5 years) are equally encouraged to apply
• Skills in concept development and FF&E; selection that turn ideas into practical, aesthetic solutions
• Proficiency in space planning and architecture coordination
• Ability to prepare and interpret construction drawings, including detailed interior layouts and specifications
• Strong visualization and design software

skills:
AutoCAD and SketchUp, plus Revit or a rendering tool (V-Ray, Lumion,



Enscape or D5)
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet timelines and do regular site coordination
• Strong communication in English and Kannada; Hindi is a plus
• Confident on phone and in person, and comfortable with targets and an incentive-linked pay structure Good to have
• Experience in residential, commercial or mixed-use projects
• Prior experience in interior sales or design consultancy
• Familiarity with Bengaluru’s vendor and material market
• A portfolio of completed or academic projects
