Role Description The Sales Marketing Lead role at DataAssist-IO is a full-time, remote position based in India. The person in this role will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive product adoption, generate qualified leads, and grow revenue across target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demos, nurturing prospects, design and execute marketing & sales strategies,



and supporting customer onboarding to ensure a smooth adoption experience. The Sales Marketing Lead will also analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and work directly with leadership team to refine positioning and messaging. This role is hands-on and will involve coaching and training team members on best practices in sales and customer engagement while representing DataAssist-IO at events and meetings as needed. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand needs, and build lasting relationships.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive pipeline growth, close deals, and lead sales initiatives.
• Ability to deliver Training and coaching for internal teams and customers on product features and value.
• Hands-on experience in executing marketing & sales campaign, content creation for the marketing is a big plus.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or data/analytics products is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working with technical concepts and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools, analyze sales metrics, and report performance to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
