2+ Years Employment Type: Full time About Ammunic Systems Ammunic Systems Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based defence technology company specialising in strategic, mission-critical electronic and embedded systems for defence applications. 1. PCBA Quality Inspection ● Inspect PCB assemblies (PCBA) for overall workmanship and assembly quality. ● Check soldering quality, component placement, polarity, solder joints and potential manufacturing defects. ● Inspect for dry soldering, solder bridges, improper connections and component damage. ● Ensure PCBA quality clearance before it moves to the next production stage. ● Identify and document defects and coordinate necessary corrections. 2. Wiring & System Assembly Quality ● Inspect wiring quality, cable routing, connector fitting, crimping and termination. ● Verify electrical connections against wiring diagrams and technical specifications. ● Inspect mechanical and electrical assembly quality of the complete system. ● Ensure proper component mounting, fastening, connections and integration. ● Verify that the assembled system meets defined workmanship and quality requirements. 3. Functional Testing & Validation ● Conduct functional and electrical testing of PCBAs and assembled electronic systems. ● Verify system functionality against approved specifications and test procedures. ● Perform continuity, voltage, current and other relevant electrical checks. ● Ensure all required tests are completed and results are recorded.



● Identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant engineering teams. 4. Quality Approval & Stage Clearance ● Take necessary technical approvals from the Hardware Engineering and Testing teams at defined inspection and testing stages. ● Provide independent QC clearance before PCBA, subassemblies and completed systems proceed to subsequent stages. ● Ensure that no product moves forward without completing the required quality checks. ● Maintain a record of inspection status, approvals, rework and final acceptance. ● Provide final quality clearance before the system is approved for delivery or dispatch. 5. Quality Documentation & Reporting ● Prepare and maintain PCBA inspection reports and system assembly checklists. ● Maintain functional testing records and final inspection reports. ● Document defects, non-conformities, rework and corrective actions. ● Maintain stage-wise quality approval records and product inspection history. ● Prepare final quality reports and maintain traceability of inspected and approved products. ● Ensure all quality-related documentation is complete before product delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Electronics and Communication,



Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a relevant discipline. ● Minimum 2+ years of experience in Electronics QC, PCBA Testing, Electronics Manufacturing Quality or System Testing. ● Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems and their working principles. ● Hands-on experience in PCBA inspection and soldering quality assessment. ● Understanding of wiring, connectors, cable harnesses and electrical interconnections. ● Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and technical drawings. ● Basic knowledge of functional testing and electrical measurements. ● Familiarity with testing instruments such as: ○ Digital Multimeter (DMM) ○ Digital Oscilloscope ○ DC Power Supply ○ LCR Meter ● Experience in quality documentation, inspection reports and testing records. ● Ability to identify quality issues, coordinate corrective actions and ensure compliance with inspection requirements. Preferred Skills ● Experience in defence electronics, embedded systems or electronic product manufacturing. ● Knowledge of IPC standards and soldering workmanship requirements. ● Familiarity with ESD handling procedures. ● Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems. ● Experience in stage-wise quality inspection and product release processes.
