Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Video & Motion Graphics Designer with mandatory EdTech experience (such as BYJU’S, Unacademy, Physics Wallah, or similar platforms). The role involves conceptualizing and producing high-quality video content and motion graphics for educational courses, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. Responsibilities include collaborating with academic and marketing teams to storyboard lessons, create engaging visual assets, and adapt complex educational concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives. The designer will manage end-to-end video production workflows, including editing, motion graphics, sound integration, and quality control, while maintaining brand consistency across all media. The role also requires staying updated with EdTech trends,



optimizing content for various digital platforms, and mentoring junior designers when needed. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in motion graphics and video design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience creating animated educational content.
• Demonstrated background in EdTech content creation, with prior work at or for platforms such as BYJU’S, Unacademy, Physics Wallah, or comparable digital education brands.
• Skills in video editing, storyboarding, visual storytelling, and designing graphics that simplify complex academic topics for diverse learner audiences.
• Experience optimizing video content for digital channels (YouTube, learning apps, social media), including understanding aspect ratios, formats, and basic sound design.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, scriptwriters, and marketing professionals, with strong communication, time management, and project ownership skills.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics and video work, ideally with a focus on educational or learning-focused content.
• Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and adapting to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with evolving content needs.
