Role Description The Logistics Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for coordinating daily inbound and outbound shipments, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and warehouses. The Logistics Executive will monitor inventory movements, support documentation and billing related to logistics, and liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to resolve issues. The role involves maintaining accurate records in logistics systems, tracking orders, and communicating status updates to relevant stakeholders.



The Logistics Executive will also support process improvements in the supply chain and provide service-oriented support to sales and customer service teams. Qualifications
• Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, including coordination of transport, warehousing, and inventory flows.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, share shipment updates, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sales support capabilities, with an understanding of how logistics impacts order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, ERP or logistics systems) and comfort working with data and reports.
• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within manufacturing, textiles, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is advantageous.
