Role Description The Barista role at Three O’Clock India is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as light food items in accordance with company recipes and standards. Daily tasks include operating coffee machines, grinding beans, steaming milk, and ensuring proper portioning and presentation of all menu items. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and providing attentive, courteous customer service.



The Barista also maintains cleanliness of the bar and seating areas, restocks supplies, follows food safety and hygiene guidelines, and works closely with the team to ensure smooth café operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
• Candidates should possess Barista skills, including experience with espresso machines, beverage preparation, and basic coffee knowledge.
• Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior café or hospitality experience, ability to stand for extended periods, basic math skills for handling payments, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
