Role Description The AC Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area. The AC Technician will install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain window and split air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The role also involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, documenting work performed, following safety and regulatory guidelines,



and coordinating with the team to complete service calls on schedule. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve AC system issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Plumbing and Preventive Maintenance skills to support installation, piping, and routine servicing of units.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Electricity and EPA-related standards to work safely with electrical components and refrigerants.
• Relevant technical training or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in AC installation, repair, and maintenance in residential or commercial settings is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.
• Strong attention to safety, adherence to regulatory requirements, and good physical stamina for field work.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude when working on-site with clients.
