Experience:
3–7 Years Employment Type: Full-time Lavanya The Label is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Merchandiser to strengthen our B2B and export business.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new B2B business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Identify and connect with brands, buying houses, wholesalers, retailers and export buyers.
• Generate recent buyer enquiries and convert them into business.
• Handle buyer communication, costing, quotations and negotiations.
• Manage product development, sampling and approvals.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Handle end-to-end merchandising, from enquiry to dispatch.
• Develop and maintain long-term buyer relationships. Candidate Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in apparel merchandising.




• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and export processes.
• Existing buyer network and B2B contacts preferred.
• Experience in domestic and international buyer handling.
• Knowledge of costing, fabrics, sampling and production.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently develop new business opportunities. Who Should Apply?
