Role Description The Production Engineer role at Artemis Cast Stone is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning and overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that cast stone products are manufactured according to specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The Production Engineer will coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage production schedules, optimize resource utilization, and improve manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting production issues,



implementing quality control checks, and maintaining documentation for production data and process improvements. The role also requires active communication with supervisors, operators, and management to support continuous improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Precast Production Engineering, civil construction and Planning.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for process optimization and problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and production staff.
• Degree in civil, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or process industry, ideally in building materials or similar sectors, is beneficial.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and basic project management is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage shop-floor activities in a hands-on manner.
