Until handover, the design is the product. About Mask360 We’re a 360° marketing & creative agency for premium and luxury brands, with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Our real estate desk runs launches end to end for developers across India and the UAE. The role We need one designer who can take a project from its name and logo all the way to the hoarding, the brochure, the sales gallery, the reel and the ad set. You’ll own the visual side of every real estate account you’re on. What you’ll do
• Build project identities: logo, type, colour, brand book
• Design launch campaigns across OOH, print, digital and social
• Make sales tools: brochures, floor plan books, price sheets, channel partner kits, pitch decks
• Brand the site: hoardings, sales gallery, sample flat signage, wayfinding
• Make motion: reels, walkthrough edits, launch films, animated ads
• Direct 3D and renders with visualisers, and use AI to move concepts fast
• Produce performance creative at volume: lead gen ads in multiple formats and variants




• Take a brief, ask the right questions, and present your work to clients yourself You’ll fit if you
• Have 3+ years in design, with real estate, hospitality or luxury work in your portfolio
• Are as strong in print and OOH as you are in social and motion
• Know Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Blender, C4D or Premiere is a plus
• Use AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly or Higgsfield every day, and know where they stop being helpful
• Know print production: bleed, CMYK, large format, vendor-ready files
• Think before you design and can explain every choice in one line What you get
