Role Description The Freelance Consultant will work full time on-site in Noida, supporting Kuwait Challengers Toastmasters Club with strategic and operational initiatives. Daily responsibilities include assessing current club processes, recommending improvements to member engagement and program effectiveness, and developing action plans for growth. The role involves collaborating with club officers, facilitating workshops or training sessions as needed, and preparing reports or presentations on performance and recommendations. The consultant will also coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement changes, monitor outcomes, and ensure alignment with Toastmasters guidelines and the club’s long-term objectives. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in consulting, organizational development, or club/association management, with the ability to analyze processes and recommend practical solutions.
• Solid communication and facilitation skills,



including the ability to lead meetings, deliver training sessions, and present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships, work collaboratively with volunteers and leaders, and support a supportive, growth-focused club culture.
• Solid planning and organizational skills, including experience creating action plans, timelines, and progress reports for multiple initiatives.
• Familiarity with Toastmasters or similar public speaking and leadership development programs is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Noida, with flexibility to attend club meetings and events as required.
