Role Description The Store Management Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The intern will support daily store operations, including monitoring workspace occupancy, maintaining an organized and welcoming workplace, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities include greeting and guiding visitors, responding to member inquiries, and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. The intern will help track inventory of supplies, support store displays, and learn standard procedures for workspace and retail management.



The role offers hands-on experience in managing a flexible workspace, working closely with staff to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Store Management and Retail to support daily operations and workspace organization.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to engage members, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive in-person experience.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to assist with promoting memberships, day passes, and workspace services.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn and follow standard operating procedures and support onboarding of new team members when needed.
