Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience:
3–5 Years Qualification: MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management / Hospital Sales

Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the healthcare telesales team.
• Generate patient leads and convert them into appointments and consultations.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
• Monitor daily calling, follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Train and guide team members.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospital operations and marketing teams.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare performance reports.




• Ensure quality patient communication and customer satisfaction.
• Required

Skills:
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics or diagnostic centres.
• Robust communication and sales conversion skills.
• Team management and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
