Sales Executives What you will do:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across fragrance application categories
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
* Promote Aerome’s fragrance portfolio and understand customer requirements
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to consistent business growth
* Share market insights and customer feedback to support business development What we need from you:
* 1–3 years of experience in sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused approach
* Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly
* Passion for fragrances is an advantage ⸻ Sales Manager What you will do:
* Lead and manage sales operations to achieve revenue and growth targets




* Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned markets
* Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
* Drive forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management What we need from you:
* 5+ years of sales experience in fragrance / flavor / personal care / allied industries
* Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading teams
* Robust leadership, communication, and people management skills
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
