We are seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the execution of building projects—particularly deep foundation and high-rise structures—and possess a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and standards with efficient computer knowledge. 1.4.

Responsibilities:
1.5.1. Supervise and manage the overall execution of building projects, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery. 1.5.2. Prepare and review site estimations and BOQs.




• Coordinate effectively with architectural, structural, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. 1.6. Manage and oversee the performance of multiple contractors and site workers. 1.6.1. Apply knowledge of IS codes in design and construction practices. 1.6.2. Provide support in road construction activities as needed. 1.6.3. Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software’s 1.6.4. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). 1.7.

Requirements:
1.7.1. Education
- Minimum BE/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering 1.7.2. Age Preference
- Below 38 Years 1.7.3. Languages
- English, Hindi and Assamese 1.7.4. Proven experience in building project execution, especially with deep foundation and high-rise structures. 1.7.5. Minimum 6 year’s experience 1.7.6. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. 1.7.7. Strong understanding of IS codes and construction standards. 1.7.8. Excellent coordination and team management skills. 1.7.9. Basic knowledge of road construction will be an added advantage. 1.7.10. Experience working on commercial or residential building projects. 1.8.
