Key Responsibilities
• •Drive growth of asset products (Micro Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans, Agri Loans, etc.) and liability products (CASA, Deposits).
• •Achieve business targets through BC/Agent networks and field teams.
• •Manage portfolio quality,



customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• •Lead and monitor regional/state teams, ensuring productivity and performance.
• •Coordinate with banking partners for business expansion, implementation, and issue resolution.
• •Track MIS, business performance, and key KPIs while ensuring compliance and risk controls.
• Preferred Profile:
• •Graduate/MBA with 8+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Inclusion, Retail Assets, or Liability Sales.
• •Strong understanding of lending, CASA acquisition, channel management, and team leadership.
• •Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and business development skills.
