The Medical Representative will promote Sunways’ ophthalmic and related pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including ophthalmologists, physicians, and pharmacists, through regular visits and meetings. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, providing scientific and technical information, and ensuring that healthcare providers are updated on new products and indications.



The role involves planning and executing territory coverage, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records of visits, orders, and feedback. The Medical Representative will also coordinate with internal teams for supply, marketing activities, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills with a track record in promoting pharmaceutical or ophthalmic products.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging healthcare professionals and building long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to accurately convey product information and understand clinical needs.
• Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and meet sales targets.
• Good organizational and documentation skills, including basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
• Comfort with frequent local travel within Surat and surrounding areas; prior experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage.
