Role Description The Insurance Advisor is a part-time remote role responsible for guiding customers in selecting appropriate life insurance and financial protection products. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer needs, explaining policy benefits and terms, preparing customized insurance proposals, and supporting customers through the application and onboarding process. The role involves maintaining regular contact with prospects and existing customers, responding to queries, and offering consultative advice on coverage, premiums, and long-term financial planning.



Insurance Advisors may collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product features, regulatory requirements, and promotional campaigns, while meeting assigned performance and service targets. This position requires consistent, professional communication over phone, email, and digital platforms. Qualifications
• Insurance and finance knowledge to help customers choose appropriate life insurance and related financial solutions.
• Consulting skills to assess customer needs, provide tailored advice, and support long-term financial planning decisions.
• Customer service experience to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive, trustworthy client experience.
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting while meeting performance and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, documentation, and customer interactions.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant educational background in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
