Experience:
10–15 Years We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Head to lead our IT infrastructure, technology operations and information security framework across our BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end IT operations, including IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud, end-user computing and business continuity.
• Develop, implement and monitor robust Information Security (InfoSec) policies, procedures and controls.
• Ensure data security, access management, endpoint protection, firewall management and vulnerability assessments.
• Drive IT audits, risk assessments, regulatory compliance and client security requirements.
• Establish and maintain IT Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) frameworks.
• Ensure uninterrupted IT support for large-scale, multi-process BPO operations.




• Identify opportunities for technology upgrades, automation and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the IT team while ensuring robust service delivery and accountability. What We Are Looking For:
• Strong experience in managing IT operations within a BPO / ITES environment.
• Excellent understanding of Information Security, cybersecurity frameworks and data protection practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, VAPT, network security and IT compliance.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud and enterprise security.
• Ability to manage large-scale IT operations and client-specific security requirements.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting and decision-making capabilities.
