Role Description The Junior Business Development Intern (18k stipend) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support business development activities by identifying potential leads, assisting with outreach, and maintaining relationships with prospective learners and partner organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and contributing to presentations and proposals. The intern will interact with prospective customers,



respond to inquiries, and support customer service to ensure a positive experience with our platform. This role also involves close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to align business development initiatives with overall organizational goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with prospects and learners.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Basic understanding of business development or sales processes is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru.
