Key Responsibilities
• Develop interactive eLearning courses or other digital learning content, using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
• Transform maritime procedures and regulations into engaging training content
• Collaborate with marine subject matter experts
- SMEs (Masters, Engineers) to transform complex maritime content into engaging eLearning materials.
• Create multimedia assets (video, audio, scenarios, simulations)
• Deliver LMS ready training (SCORM/xAPI compliant) Skills, Qualification And Experience Required:
• 4+ years’ experience as eLearning developer or multimedia development
• Strong skills in Articulate 360.
• Eperience in using multimedia software (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, Synthesia, Premier pro, etc).
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Strong project management and organizational skills,



with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset and the ability to transform complex concepts into engaging and visually appealing learning materials.
• Experience in compliance or technical training (maritime is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment.
• Experience working in a multinational setting is highly desirable. Essential:

Education:
· Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Learning, Instructional Design or a related field. Key Competencies:
