Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality teaching in Undergraduate & Postgraduate Programmes
• Design and update curriculum in line with industry needs and global best practices
• Conduct research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals (Scopus / Web of Science indexed)
• Apply for and lead externally funded research projects, patents and consultancy
• Guide and supervise PhD scholars, postgraduate and undergraduate projects
• Mentor students and contribute to academic advising
• Collaborate with industry and international partner institutions
• Participate in departmental,



accreditation (NAAC / NBA / NIRF) and administrative activities Eligibility (as per UGC norms)
• Assistant Professor: PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognised university; strong academic record; research publications and teaching experience preferred
• Associate Professor: PhD, with 8 years of teaching or research experience and a significant publication record
• Professor: PhD, with 12 years of teaching or research experience, an outstanding publication record and research supervision experience Desirable Skills
• Proven record of quality research and publications
• Experience in grant writing and funded projects
• Strong communication and classroom engagement skills
• Experience with contemporary pedagogy and digital teaching tools
• Willingness to work in a multicultural academic workplace
