Role Description The Jr. Talent Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves supporting end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, assisting with employer branding activities, and helping to build talent pipelines for key positions. The Jr.



Talent Acquisition Executive will communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role may also involve basic IT recruitment tasks and contributing to continuous improvement in recruitment practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting for various roles and levels.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding to support talent attraction initiatives.
• Candidates should possess foundational IT Recruitment skills for sourcing and evaluating technical talent.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously are beneficial.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and basic MS Office tools is advantageous.
