TNBT is growing its creative team, and we're looking for talented designers who can turn big ideas into memorable on-ground experiences for leading brands across Delhi NCR and beyond. Open Positions 1. 2D Creative Designers (Event Theme & Retail Collateral)
• Strong experience in event theme design, key visuals, and stage/décor graphics
• Skilled in brand collateral for retail outlets: in-store posters, standees, POS material, signage, and promotional kits
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
• Ability to maintain brand guidelines while adapting to each client's style 2. 3D Designers (Exhibition & Event Setup)
• Experience designing exhibition stalls, event sets, and activation spaces
• Hands-on knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering (SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Blender, V-Ray, or similar)
• Understanding of fabrication, materials, layouts, and on-site production constraints
• Ability to prepare clear drawings and documentation for production teams 3. 3D Designers (Mobile Van & Structural Design)
• Proven experience designing mobile vans, activation vehicles, or touring structures
• Solid grasp of structural design, load considerations, and safe,



reuse-friendly builds
• Experience with mobile activation or brand campaign formats is a strong plus
• Familiarity with fabrication drawings and collaboration with vendors and build teams What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (senior roles require more)
• A strong portfolio showing completed projects, with case studies where possible
• Ability to work to tight timelines and budgets
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude What You'll Get
