Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulbarga Karnataka. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day financial operations, including monitoring accounts payable and receivable, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, reconciling bank and ledger balances, and supporting internal controls and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The Assistant Manager Finance will collaborate with operational and management teams to provide financial insights, support audits,



and contribute to cost control and revenue optimization initiatives within the hotel. Qualifications
• Prior experience in a hotel or service industry finance role will be an additional advantage
• Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and hotel or hospitality finance processes.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and support internal controls and compliance activities.
• Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) are an advantage.
