We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can turn advertising spend into qualified enquiries and paid enrolments. You will work directly with the founder and our sales team, taking ownership of campaign performance from the first click through to enrolment. • At least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with direct responsibility for campaign execution and budgets.




• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and practical experience managing LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
• Proven results in lead generation for education, professional training, certifications or a comparable consultative sales business.
• Experience targeting the UAE, Saudi Arabia or other GCC markets.
• Ability to evaluate performance beyond platform metrics and explain how campaigns contribute to sales.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, UTMs and CRM attribution.
• Strong English copywriting, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a small team, managing several course campaigns and taking ownership of execution. Good to have
• Zoho CRM or Zoho One.
• Google Search Ads.
• WhatsApp lead journeys and marketing automation.
• Landing page optimisation and conversion testing.
• Canva, short video editing or Arabic campaign coordination.
