Experience:
2+ years in D2C healthcare brands (mandatory) Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience working with D2C healthcare brands, such as medical devices, health and wellness, pharma, nutrition or personal care. This can be in-house or managing such brands at an agency. You should have run paid campaigns on Meta and Google that drive sales on the brand’s own website. Experience only outside healthcare, or only in B2B, lead-generation or service businesses, will not be considered.
• Hands-on experience running health-category ads within Meta and Google health policies and Indian advertising rules (ASCI guidelines, Drugs and Magic Remedies Act).
• Has managed a monthly ad budget for a D2C healthcare brand and can show results with numbers (ROAS, CAC, CPA, revenue).
• Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• Transparent understanding of D2C funnel metrics: CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, MER and LTV. Preferred Qualifications (replace The First Two Points)




• Experience with a medical device or high-ticket healthcare product (₹5,000+).
• Experience marketing to older customers (50+) or their families. Proof Of Work (required)
• The names of the D2C healthcare brands you have worked with, and your role on each.
• A short case study of one healthcare campaign you ran: goal, budget, what you changed, and the results.
• Screenshots of ad account results (ROAS, CPA, spend). Brand names can be hidden.
• One example of a landing page or funnel improvement you made, with before-and-after numbers.
