The Role As Guest Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of one of our properties, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied, hands-on role with plenty of responsibility, autonomy and opportunities to learn. Responsibilities include:
• Welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and creating warm, memorable guest experiences.
• Responding to guest enquiries, requests and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Coordinating housekeeping, maintenance and other daily operations.
• Ensuring our properties are beautifully maintained and presented.
• Managing supplies, inventory, purchases and routine expenses.
• Supporting reservations, guest communications and administration.
• Taking initiative, solving problems and finding ways to improve how we do things. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a natural warmth and a genuine sense of ownership. Someone who enjoys working with people,

requirements:
• Fluent in spoken English and Kannada.
• Currently based in Mysore or willing to relocate.
• Willing to stay overnight onsite when guests are in residence (accommodation is provided).
• Comfortable with flexible

working hours
, including weekends and public holidays.
• Confident using WhatsApp, email and basic digital tools.
• Organised, reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently. Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or property management is desirable, but we're equally interested in candidates with transferable skills, a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
