Your Role As a Wireless L1 Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Layer 1 (PHY) software components for LTE and 5G networks. You will work on high-performance wireless systems, leveraging Intel FlexRAN architecture and advanced signal processing techniques to enable scalable and efficient wireless communication solutions. In This Role, You Will:
• Design and develop Layer 1 (PHY) software features for LTE and 5G NR networks.
• Work on Intel FlexRAN-based software architecture and related PHY layer components.
• Develop highly optimized software using Intel AVX2 and AVX-512 vector instruction sets.
• Design and implement advanced physical layer algorithms including modulation, coding, MIMO, and beamforming.
• Build, prototype, and integrate core wireless software modules.
• Optimize software performance for multi-core and parallel processing environments.
• Debug, analyze, and resolve complex Layer 1 software issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality wireless solutions.
• Contribute to the performance enhancement and scalability of next-generation wireless platforms.

Your Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Wireless Layer 1 Software Development.
• Robust understanding of 3GPP wireless standards including LTE and 5G NR.




• Excellent programming skills in C (mandatory) and C++ (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Intel FlexRAN Layer 1 architecture.
• Proven experience in developing optimized software using AVX2 and AVX-512 instruction sets.
• Strong knowledge of PHY Layer concepts, including modulation, coding, MIMO, and beamforming.
• Experience working in multi-core and parallel processing environments.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
