You will own defined workstreams within projects, work closely with senior colleagues and clients,



and build the foundational skills required to grow as a trusted advisor.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the delivery of consulting projects by owning defined workstreams and producing high-quality, client-ready outputsConduct robust qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, translating findings into clear insights and practical recommendationsSupport project planning and execution by managing timelines, prioritising deliverables, and adapting to changing client needsCommunicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats, including presentations, reports and client interactionsSupport the design and delivery of client meetings, workshops and internal sessionsBuild familiarity with Xynteo’s core frameworks, methodologies and focus areas, and rapidly develop knowledge in recent topics or sectorsWork collaboratively with colleagues across teams and geographies, contributing to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team cultureDemonstrate ownership of personal development, actively seeking feedback and learning opportunitiesContribute, where relevant, to business development, thought leadership or internal initiatives beyond project deliveryQualifications & ExperiencePreferably Master’s degree in business administration, sustainability or a related fieldAt least 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, sustainability, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in ambiguous contextsClear, structured written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisation and time-management skills
