Come join a thriving team where you can play an integral role in shaping the future of entertainment technology.About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Network Operations Engineer focused on day-to-day production support of our managed IPTV and data center network environments. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, rapid incident response, and operational stability, working closely with senior engineers for escalation and continuous improvement. Unlike traditional engineering roles, this position is primarily operations-focused, with limited design responsibility and a robust emphasis on incident resolution, monitoring, and service reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support & Incident Management (Primary Focus)Monitor network health, performance, and alerts across production environmentsRespond to and resolve L1/L2 network incidents, including circuit issues, routing problems, and operator connectivityPerform initial triage, troubleshooting, and escalation for complex issuesParticipate in 24x7 on-call rotation and support maintenance windowsCoordinate with NOC, Service Engineering,



and external operators during outagesOperational ExecutionExecute standard network changes (provisioning, ACLs, routing updates)Support circuit turn-ups, VPN provisioning, and operator onboardingValidate network changes and ensure proper post-change verificationFollow and improve runbooks and operational proceduresMonitoring & ReliabilityWork with tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar monitoring platformsIdentify recurring issues and escalate trends for deeper analysisAssist in improving alert quality, dashboards, and visibilityCollaboration & EscalationAct as L2 escalation point for NOC or L1 support teamsPartner with Senior Network Engineers on: Complex troubleshootingRoot cause analysisMajor incidentsProvide operational input to engineering and project teamsDocumentation & ProcessMaintain and improve: Network documentationOperational proceduresIncident runbooksContribute to post-incident reviews and process improvementsRequired Skills & ExperienceCore Skills (Operational Focus)Strong understanding of: TCP/IP networking fundamentalsBGP and Multicast routing, and switching (L2/L3)Experience troubleshooting: Connectivity issuesRouting problems (BGP/OSPF familiarity preferred)Multicast basics Familiarity with: VPNs, NAT, ACLsCircuit provisioning and ISP coordinationTools & EnvironmentExperience with:
