Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, materials, and execution toensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with optimalinventory and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integrated Planning

oDrive S&OP; / S&OE; cadence aligning Procurement,Warehouse, and Installation.

oConvert forecasts, DPR/BOM, and project schedules intoexecutable material and capacity plans.

oFreeze weekly/monthly dispatch and installation plans.

2. Material & Inventory Planning

oPlan procurement andreplenishment based on BOM, lead times, and safety stock.

oEliminate SKU duplicationand ensure BOM–SKU alignment in FEP.

oControl slow/non-moving andexcess inventory.

3. Production / Fabrication Planning (Structures/BOS)

oPlan fabrication scheduleswith vendors considering HDG timelines and capacity.

oTrack customized vs.standard structure readiness against project need dates.

4. Dispatch & Logistics Planning

oCreate warehouse-wisedispatch plans to meet installation targets.

oOptimize vehicle loads,routes, and TAT for inter-state movements.

oMonitor dispatch accuracyas per DPR/BOM.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

oWork closely with Designfor timely DPR/BOM release and revisions.

oCoordinate with Procurementfor material availability and vendor schedules.

oAlign with Warehouse forpacking, QC, and dispatch readiness.





oInterface with Installationfor site readiness and shortage prevention.

6. System & Process Governance

oEnsure WMS reflectsreal-time project stage (Procurement → Dispatch).

oStandardize SKUdescriptions and eliminate ambiguity (“OR” specs).

oImplement planningdashboards and MIS for visibility.

7. Performance Monitoring

oTrack KPIs: TAT, Fill Rate,Inventory Turns, Dispatch Accuracy, Project Cycle Time.

oIdentify bottlenecks andimplement corrective actions.

8. Risk Management

oAnticipate materialshortages, vendor delays, and design changes.

oPrepare contingency plansand alternate sourcing.

9. Team Leadership

oLead planning team acrosslocations.

oTrain teams on BOMdiscipline, system usage, and planning hygiene.

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s in Engineering /Supply Chain / Operations or Graduation

·7 years in Planning, SCM,or Operations .
