You will play a critical role in the architecture, design, and development of our next-generation enterprise applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires deep software engineering expertise, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to building scalable, cloud-first solutions. As a Principal Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across architecture. C++, .Net, Angular, Ext JS and DevOps, driving the technical strategy and mentoring engineers to build robust, maintainable, and performant software. A Typical Day in the Life Includes:Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise software using modern frameworks and cloud-native principles. Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across multiple teams and products. Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, mentorship, and thought leadership. Work closely with Development / Product Manager to align technical solutions with business requirements and customer needs. Evaluate new tools, technologies, and practices, and drive continuous innovation and improvement.



Act as a subject matter expert on key technologies, and participate in incident response and postmortem reviews. Basic Qualifications:Experience as a Senior or Principal software development. Experience in cloud-native application development (preferably AWS). Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as .Net, C ++, Angular, ExtJS. Sound knowledge in C++ and .NetExperience in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and DevOps practicesProficient Database skills like Oracle Testing experience. Experience with up-to-date development process (SOLID programming, merge requests, code review). Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise software for industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution. Database skills, both relational (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) Experience of Jenkins , Git Hub, Kubernetes and Docker containerizationFamiliarity of data science tools and algorithms (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Prophet) for future developmentExperience with Agile methodologyExperience in AI tool usage for development such as Claude or Kiro or Amazon Q
