2–5 Years Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Specialist to drive course enrollments and revenue growth. The candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in handling prospective learners, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified leads through inbound and outbound calls. Understand learners' professional goals and recommend suitable courses. Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to enrollment closure. Follow up with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close high-value sales. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and conversion targets. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and lead records in the CRM. Identify upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities.



Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to improve lead conversion and learner experience. Share regular sales performance reports and insights with the reporting manager. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Strong understanding of lead management and sales conversion processes. Ability to handle objections and close high-value deals. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets. Experience in EdTech, upskilling, or professional training is preferred. Preferred Skills Strong sales ownership and revenue-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritise leads. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Compensation: As per experience and skills, plus performance-based incentives.
