4–5 years in Travel Industry Sales ? Company: Pick Holidays Are you a go-getter who loves meeting clients and closing deals? We’re looking for a Travel Sales Executive to grow our corporate and MICE business in Mumbai by visiting companies, event management firms and agencies, and selling international travel solutions. *What you’ll do
* Visit corporates, event management companies, HR/admin teams and travel decision-makers to generate new business. Sell MICE packages (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), corporate offsites, incentive trips and group tours. Pitch customised international packages across Europe, Southeast Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Vietnam), Dubai, Maldives, Australia & New Zealand and more. Build a strong pipeline through cold calls, meetings, referrals and networking events Understand client requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate to close deals. Coordinate with the operations team, DMCs,



hotels and airlines for smooth execution Maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts and drive repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress regularly. *What we’re looking for
* 1. 4–5 years of B2C / field sales experience in the travel industry 2. Existing network of corporate clients and event companies in Mumbai is a big plus 3. Robust knowledge of international destinations, MICE and group travel 4. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills 5. Comfortable with daily client visits and travelling within Mumbai 6. Target-driven, self-motivated and confident in handling senior stakeholders 7. Own two-wheeler preferred 8. Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism qualification is a plus *Why join us
