Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective and enrolled students to understand their requirements.
• Provide information about courses, training programs, and learning opportunities.
• Handle student inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
• Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
• Maintain regular communication with students and ensure timely assistance.
• Maintain student records, follow-up details, and interaction reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements:




• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in student relationship management, education counselling, or EdTech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple student inquiries efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
