The practice uses deep diagnostics, continuous monitoring, evidence-graded therapeutics, nutrition, and full concierge support to manage health over many years. Each family member is an individual patient with a dedicated record and program, supported by a team across therapeutics, diagnostics, genomics, and nutrition. Prvnt’s proprietary intelligence system helps the clinical team focus on decisions where human judgment matters, while maintaining strict privacy and quality standards. The practice accepts a limited number of families and caps members per doctor to preserve highly personalized care. Role Description The Longevity Clinic Manager at Prvnt is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the longevity-focused clinical practice. This role coordinates scheduling, patient flow, and concierge services to ensure a seamless experience for families across treatment, prevention, longevity, and performance programs. The Clinic Manager works closely with physicians, Health Partners, diagnostics and nutrition teams to organize tests, follow-up visits, and longitudinal monitoring plans. Responsibilities include managing budgets and resource allocation, maintaining adherence to clinical and privacy standards,



and supporting implementation of Prvnt’s protocols and intelligence systems. The role also involves leading and developing clinic staff, resolving member queries, and continuously improving processes to deliver high-touch, evidence-based care. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to manage high-touch member interactions and coordinate care across the clinical team.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting and operational planning skills to oversee clinic finances, resource allocation, and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine or healthcare delivery to understand longevity programs, diagnostics workflows, and clinical protocols.
• Candidates should possess Training and people management skills to onboard, mentor, and guide clinical and support staff in delivering consistent, high-quality service.
• Relevant experience in clinic or hospital administration, concierge medicine, or premium healthcare services is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Medicine, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a data-driven, high-standard clinical environment.
